  Type of noise, artifact?

  I’ve posted a short clip of a little noisy background (noise particularly above blurry rock) I’m getting from some HDV clips. Can someone identify what/why this is and if I can it easily? Shooting with Canon XHA1s 29 fps editing in FCP 7.
