  FCP 7 – Exporting MultiCam Clip as h264 and maintaining angle (possible?)

  Hi-

  Curious question… I’m working on a two-camera shoot, footage comes from two Canon C300’s. Used log/xfer to import, all is good on that front.

  I’m going to be synching A+B cams using plural eyes, resulting in a multicam clip.

  Client wants a lo-res thumbs, h264 (specs have been given), but I’m unclear if the resulting h264 QT movie will maintain the two angles? Is this possible? Otherwise I thought once I exported out of FCP it pretty much exports with the angle chosen on the timeline.

  I’m a little rusty on FCP since I’ve been working on Avid for years. I’ve never received a request such as this, so I wasn’t sure if it was possible.

  Any help would be appreciated in clarifying this for me!
