  CONVERTING MOV FILES TO MPEG TO PLAY ON PCs

  Hello,

  I converted mov files into MPEG 4 video files and adjusted the settings to
  codec: MPEG 4 video
  Dimensions: 720 x 480 16:9( I believe)
  Restrict to- Data rate
  Kilobyte: 6500
  Quality: best
  Frame Rate: current
  Sound: AAC

  The final product is pixelated video that looks pretty good as a mov file that was shot in 16:9. How can I make the quality of mpeg files better?
