  correct export settings for this situation?

  I am using FCP7, I film for a skateboarding company. The videos in the media section seem to lag for some reason and I’ve asked around and some people suggested that it was the size of the video. I exported a 2 minute video using quicktime conversion at high quality. The footage was shot at 720p using an HMC150. Is there any export setting that could prevent this lag?   Hey.

  Just to clarify…
  Are you saying the original media lags when played back in FCP or that it’s somehow lagging in the exported clip?
