  Vectorscope/Over-Saturation Detection Plugin?

  I have 3 SVHS tapes I have captured in Final Cut and I’m curious if there is a plug-in that can detect extreme amounts of color on the vector scope and mark the peaks in the time time. I ask because I have 4.5 hours of footage.

  For example, I have some points in the video where all color is normal but the blue in someone’s shirt is pushing way out on the vectorscope. Attached is a snapshot of two examples of the vectorscope reading and one example of a scene where a shirt is over saturated.

  I believe there are some boris plugins for AE that will do this, So I assume that they may be available for FCP?
