• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  1888 x 1062 ???

  Hi,

  I exported a Quicktime from FCP (self – contained; file is Pro Res 1080p). When I hit command I for the information on the Quicktime it says “1920 x 1080 (1888 x 1062). Can someone please explain why it says “1888 x 1062” if the file is supposed to be 1920 x 1080 ?

  Just ignore it. Your file is correct. This is a good explanation from Blackmagic Design (it applies to everyone, not just BMD hardware users)
