  • Digital Heaven Counter plug-in is crashing my FCP-7

Posted by Mark Suszko on January 24, 2012 at 4:41 pm

I first got this handy plug-in back when I was still in FCP-6. and I hadn’t tried using it in the past year or so, since before we did the final upgrade to FCP-7. Today was the first time I’ve tried it since the upgrade, and as soon as I click to open it, I get the beachball for ten seconsd and a hard crash. Is this a known issue and what can I do to fix it?

Sounds like a silly question but have you checked on the Digital Heaven site and looked for an upgrade of the plug-in ?
Current version is 2.2 – whats yours ?
They are pretty good at keeping things up to date so that would be my first port of call.

If not contact DH – they are a helpful lot – I am sure you will get your answer (bear in mind they are on UK time)

    best wishes

Have you checked the DH website to see if there’s a newer version?

Write an email to Martin Baker, he’ll help you sort out the problem.
