  Items dropped into timeline change timeline title?

  Anybody seen this behavior, I drop a file (aiff/wav.png/jpg ect.) into my timeline and magically my timeline gets renamed to match the file I just added to it. Seems it’s exclusive to this one project file.

  sequence1 becomes image001.jpg

  Tried the usual–
  deleted prefs-
  repair disk permission
  saved as new project

  This is supper annoying, any suggestions?

  Known bug. Update FCP to 7.0.3. Use the SYSTEM PREFERENCES, SOFTWARE UPDATE to do this.
