  damaged file – lost work

  yeah, lost a bunch of work on a damaged file. No, I didn’t hit CTRL + Shift + Alt + S before the crash.

  So, Steve Roberts said that sometimes Adobe techs watch the forums and and fix corrupt project files. Any takers?

  In the mean time, I’ve heard that you can delete the preference files? Can’t seem to find those.

  If that doesn’t work, then I’ll try uninstalling/reinstalling.

  Any other ideas/suggestions would be great.

  oh, I forgot to mention that I already tried importing the corrupt comp into a new one.

  No luck.
