  Screen capture on iPhone

  Is there a way to screen capture high quality video from an iPhone? I’ve tried a few jailbreaks like screensplitr (too much lag) and ‘display out’ which will allow for the iPhone to be viewed on a tv/ projector.. But I haven’t come up with a way to capture it without using a camera.

  Any ideas?

  Yes, with the iPhone 4s or iPad 2. With “Mirroring” via the Apple Digital AV Adapter (HDMI) or VGA Adapter. Capture it.

  Externally viewing iTunes purchased HD TV/Movies must be via the digital HDMI adapter, which does require HDCP compliance. Assuming your not trying to capture TV shows etc. it should work fine for screen capture.
