  Audio Problems With Final Cut Pro 7

  Hi

  recently I run Into huge Audio problems that I can not solve.
  Im using Final Cut Pro 7 On Mac Book Pro Intel Core I7

  the sound arbitrarily appeared and disappeared
  even though I can see the waveform clearly
  or in one file (the only one I downloaded from the Internet) I hear changes in the tempo

  most of the audio files (48/16.Aiff)
  come from my Sony HDR SR12 Camera
  and until recently worked fine

  I did several actions as…
  repaired disk permissions
  rebuilding sequences
  and also testing the sequences on another computer
  make sure the problem Is not on the computer

  I am helpless
  (considering return to scissors and sewing thread)
  and be glad to hear any Idea

  You say MOST of the sound files are:

  16bit/48k/aiff
  Make ALL of them that.

  Check your realtime audio tracks playback setting.
  You can also mixdown or render out audio and bring it back in.
