  Exporting .mov file

  I recently got a film accepted to be screened at a film festival!!!
  They want it in a certain format to compile on a blu-ray. I want to verify my approach.

  720p .MOV format Quick-Time File (check, I’m using “HD 1280 x 720 16:9)
  Non-letterboxed (leave “Preserve aspect ratio UNCHECKED, correct)
  Non-interlaced ??(Check Deinterlace Source Video??)
  Embedded captions (no separate caption file) or subtitles (if any) (N/A)
  Audio levels normalized to -12dB (? I have no idea?)

  What is your question? Unlike DVD Blu Ray is very versatile format capable of dealing with wide range of frame rates, resolutions and bit rates. Mov. is not compatible with Blu Ray format unless your film festival explicitly specify so. For Blu Ray you encode in MPEG-2 or H.264.
  Audio level normalized means that your sound should be consistent at the level of -12 dB throughout the clip.
