  Final Cut pro opacity render needed?

  hi all,
  i have to finish a projekt with dpx 10 bit log files in final cut for filmout. i know there is no possibility to render rgb 10 bit. but i have a a lot of simple fade outs/fade ins and crossfades.
  whren i try the opacity tool in finalcut pro instead to build the effect no render is needed view this part (no red line in the timeline).
  know my question is:
  can i use the opacity tool to build the crossfades and put the dpx out without render and stay 10 bit rgb?
