I am currently using the canon EOS plugin for FCP. I have 15 clips queued currently. The first 5 went through fine and were transferred to the logging bin. The next 4 there was a status error that say, “Error:No Data”. Then, the next six went to my logging bin fine. Any idea why this is happening?

Bit more info. Do you have the latest version of the EOS plugin? What version of FCP? Are you doing L&T from the card or a drive with the folders copied from the card. If the later, how are the cards being backed up to hard drive? Are you trying to edit or doing anything else with FCP while the files are being converted to ProRes?

Shane Ross has an excellent tutorial on tapeless workflow which shows the correct procedure from backed up cards. A quick search of this forum for Shane Ross tutorials will help out.
