  Strange, speeded up playback in timeline

  Hi,

  I seem to have picked up a very odd error when I playback my clips in the timeline. As the scrub bar moves through the clips, it does so at normal pace, but all the clips are speeded up and are showing in the Canvas before the scrub bar actually reaches them!

  There are blue lines marking out the clips with this problem in the window above the timeline.

  I didn’t have this issue when I last worked on the project a few weeks back but can’t for the life of me think what I may have done to introduce this weird effect.

  Can anyone offer any advice thanks?

  The error is applied over all manner of media clips including tifs, jpegs. However, the footage was captured using a Sony Z5e and imported using Log and Capture, imported I believe using HDV 1080i50.

  I just opened another project and have the same issue there so it may be FCP in general rather than project specific??
