  Compressor export fail

  We are trying to export an mpeg 2 file through compressor from FCP and every time we get a failed messaged in compressor. The audio typically exports without a problem but as soon as it switches over to video compressing we get the fail. The media is coming from about 3 different drives including 2 raids.

  Anyone think it would be worth it to media manage the project down in one smaller project onto one drive? Anyone had this problem before?

  Export a self contained QT master of the entire seq. and use that in Compressor instead of sending to Compressor from FCP.
