Trouble with RED footage
I’ve been hired to do a re-edit on a short film shot on the RED. I have FCP7. The video which had already been rendered plays fine on the timeline. But I can’t get the clips to play on the Viewer. The audio plays, but for the video all I get is a white screen.
Also, when I try to render footage, I get a message saying, ‘Codec not found. You may be using a compression type without the corresponding hardware card.’ I can play other video just fine. What am I missing? Thanks.
