  Exporting media

  I seriously need a class/training in exporting media for the appropriate viewing medium. I am self taught and do ok but I run into issues that eat more time than I think is necessary. For example, we produce a commercial and will upload to a station- what’s the best format/way to go? ProRes? H.264? Are there accepted standards? This is what I need to learn.

  Any suggestions?

  Wade, you’ll need to ask the station what format they would like and that is what you provide.
