Final cut Pro editing tip
Hello – im editing a music video and have some stock footage i purchased from a site and would like to know how to mast overlay the clip im trying to insert. I got the idea from an american music video and am looking for a similar result.
the youtube video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nxcnb17ewqc and the effect im after begins at 0.26 seconds in. when the zoom out from earth to space on the car window.
(P.S – sorry about the music in the video! arguably he is not the best to listen to but as i said im only interested in the effect!)

Overlay one clip on another and double click the clip you want to not be as visible. Go into your motion tab and increase your opacity of the clip under “drop shadow.” There are other ways to do it under your effects tab that will give a better result.
