i’m working on a multicam edit and am trying to sync up the isolated audio track with the footage. i choose to sync with the inpoints, all of which are clearly marked at the same hand clap. however, when it makes the clip, the isolated audio track refuses to use the actual inpoint that i marked as the sync point. as a result, all the FOOTAGE is in sync, but the audio is way off.

i have a deadline coming up and i don’t have time to screw around with this problem for long, which is why i’m posting it here.

hopefully it is something obvious that i’m overlooking.

    please help!

I’ve seen this before, and it’s irritating as all hell. What I did to remedy this is, merge the isolated clip to your master. Then take that merged clip and use it to make your group clip. Roundabout, but it worked for me.
