  AE Crash when Hiding the Application

  Hi,

  After Effects seems to lock up periodically if I Hide the application, usually after I have been using Adobe Bridge. Often I find it easier to Hide the app if I want to drag and drop a bunch of files into AE.

  Now that I am aware of this, I try to do a save before hiding the app but occasionally forget 🙁

  Has anyone else run into this and figured out a fix?

  This was a bug in versions previous to CS3. A workaround was to hide by double-clicking the app’s name at the top of the window or switch between apps without hiding.

  Thanks Steve. We’ll be upgrading to CS3 at some point so I won’t worry about it too much.
  I Just have to remember to save before any Hiding.
