  Checking the speed of my RAID

  How can I check the speed of my RAID ? Any software ?

  Do you know where can I find any article, tutorial etc explaining how much connection speed each timeline/codec needs ?
  Until now I was those kind of editors who just pick up a footage of whatever codec it was shoot, place in the timeline and edit it. Now , as my jobs are getting more complex I’m needing to do more accurate calculations to check if my equipments are going to do or not the jobs …. .
