  Capturing from 5D Mark II

  To capture 5D footage, do you recommend EOS Movie Plugin-E1 or Mpeg Stream Clip?

  With the EOS Plug in you get a form of timecode derived from the camera data.

  This means that if you need to re import footage it can be done from your copy of the original CF card.
