I was looking at the Boris FX site and I saw that they are now the owners of the old Final Effects Complete package which they sell for $795. Am I missing something or does Cycore Effects bundle the exact same package with AE? How do 2 company’s have ownership over the same plug-in pack even though one is called Cycore and one is called Final Effects?? And why would anyone buy the Boris version?

Dave do you mean Continum Complete or Final Effects Complete? I happen to love the Boris Continum line of plug-ins and I think they’re worth every penny. I was referring to Final Effects Complete that have apparently been acquired by Boris. As far as I can tell, these effects are identical to the Cyrcore Effects that come with After Effects, they are just named with an FE instead of CC. For example CC sphere is called FE sphere, and so on. Final Effects is a wonderful effects package, however, I’m trying to see what Boris is offering for an additional $795 that doesn’t come with the bundled Cyrcore plug-ins.
