  Sound Import Issues

  I’ve been using CS3 for the past month or so and it’s been faultless. The first time I tried to import audio into it today It gives me a wierd error message:

  ….files of type @@@@ cannont be imported.

  I’ve tried importing .aif .wav .mp3 nothing seems to work.

  What’s worse is I opened all the sound files no problem in v7.0

  Can anyone help?

  Have you tried the 8.0.1 update?
