    You’ve only given frame resolutions. You’ve said nothing about the codec you’re working in or what codec “they” want for SD.

    The original files I converted from H.264 to Apple ProRes 422.

    Essentially when I went to export > QT conversion, I selected Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) and made sure the size was the same as the original file and sequence (1920 x 1080)…

    Output your HD timeline “current settings”

    Drop that file into compressor.

    Create an HD version for delivery.
    Create an SD version for delivery.

    This assumes you do not have an I/O card.
