  system crash

  Hi again,

  Has anyone out there experience system crash while in AE6.5 where the blue screen of death appears with error dealing with NVTcp.sys?

  That seems to be an NVidia file … found by Googling “NVTcp.sys”.

  So: you need new drivers for your graphics card, you need to switch off OpenGL in AE, you need to tweak your graphics card prefs (in its control panel?) or you need a new graphics card.

  Anybody else?

  thanks! i found out it is the nvidia driver and now updating to latest firmware… hopefully that solves it.
