  HDCAM SR Layback advice!

  Hi,
  I just started a new job and my current company previously had their laybacks done elsewhere. This year, it will be done in house, via moi!

  They know I’ve not done online/ laybacks before but I need to find out how to as will be doing them next week.

  Can someone take me through it step by step. I have no idea where to start, how to prep the sequence or deck etc….

  Are you using the SRW-5500?

  This guide well show you how to stripe your timecode for your assemble edit. Aside from that, it’s a matter of using the “Edit to Tape” function.
