Can anyone tell me how you monitor a specific track. I have say for example 3 video layers or tracks.

I would like to sync them but I’m having trouble seeing the tracks under the 3rd track for example.

How do you isolate the individual tracks.

I have done it before on Avid where you toggle on or off the main video monitor and depending which layer you pick thats the layer you view.

How do you do that on FCP?

    Thanks

The buttons to toggle the video tracks on and off are the green ones on the left with the film strip icons in them.

Thanks Andrew, that’s exactly right. I don’t know how I missed it the 1st time.

    Thank you.
