  render error? FCP

  hi,

  i am having problems rendering, my system has always worked fine until today, i am now getting the ‘general error’ warning when i try and render and export? what is weird id that it is not happening on all my projects. i also loaded up the problematic files on another mac, where it worked fine. so there is some thing going wrong on my mac book pro. another thing is that i did the latest system up date last night? could that have any thing to do with it or just coincidence. please help!!!!

  Try Copy/paste in new timeline

  Do you use graphics/stills?
  Check your memory and cache settings. Still cache around 20/30%?

  Have you thrashed your preferences? FCP plist file, prefs and caches.
