  FCP Graphics Card Issue

  Ok, I just got a brand new mac because I brought mine in for a bad graphics card and they accidentally dropped my entire unit. To their credit, they replaced my tower with some slight upgrades. However, after I installed FCP 6.0, when I go to launch I get a warning that reads

  “This system does not meet the following minimum system requirements: Final Cut Pro recommends that your system have a Quartz Extreme capable video card.”

  I am at a loss. This is obviously a newer high end card. Why won’t it run? I looked for a driver update for the card. (ATI Radeon HD 4870) but couldn’t find one. Does this card not work with FCP? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am at a total loss…
