• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  “Invalid directory structure” mesage on one Mac Pro but not on the other..

  Hey All,

  I’m getting HD footage on a card from a JVC professional camera.

  I Have two Apple Mac Pros.
  With Apple final cut studio 3 fully updated.

  When I use log & capture on one of the machines every thing works flawlessly..

  but when I try to do the same on the other machine I get the notorious “…Invalid directory structure…”

  Its not a one timer – this strange phenomena happens with all the CARDS that i capture.. and I capture footage on a daily bases…

  The only difference between the machines is that the one that is able to capture has Snow Leo and the one thats making the problem has Leopard 10.5.8

  But the FC studio are the same in both of them and updated as well…

  I really dont understand..

  The card is OK
  I run the same process on both machines but only one of them works…

  RAM: 8GB (Corsair 800Mhz)
  CPU: Intel Quad Core 2.4Ghz (Q6600)
  GPU: ATI x1950XT 256MB
  MB: Asus P5K Deluxe WiFi-AP

  The Problem was simple I just needed to download the:
  jvc log and transfer plugin

  And it worked like a charm!
