  audio video sync

  I just recorded a lecture with two cameras and an external audio recorder. Now, if the cameras created only one clip each, it wouldn’t be that tough to sync the audio and video. But since we had to change SD cards a few times, this left us with a bunch of film clips, but only one audio clip.

  Is there a way to automatically synchronize video and audio through pattern recognition of sound waves (in the same way as Photoshop intelligently merges pixels)?

  Thanks Shane,
  I have final cut express, which doesn’t work with Pluraleyes.
  It worked with premiere pro though, but I actually had to aftersync all the clips because they were up to 10 frames out of sync…
  But after all the feedback was helpful!
