Playing a clip in reverse
I want to experiment with something. I want to be able to play a clip of video in reverse. It seemed at one point there was an option to play in reverse on the same screen as changing the speed of a clip but I can’t remember. Is there a way to do this?

Apply a speed change and check the little box that says “reverse”.

Cut me some slack dude! LOL! I was just being lazy. I remembered seeing an option to reverse the video but couldn’t remember where it was and I didn’t feel like powering up FCP just to look for it. Your right I could have just opened up the manual! Ha!!!

Don’t be lazy. The moderators here don’t get paid…people like Rafael donate lots of their time answering questions, educating people and bailing them out of jams. Ask if you really need the help and can’t find the answer..but lazy is unprofessional. This is a professional forum.

My apologies for my comment. That was the wrong choice of words because I am not lazy. I knew video could be reversed, I just forgot where in FCP to select the option or doing so.
