  Im looking for some sort of Fractal Generator(HD Quicktime) that I can use either stand alone or plug in…Does any one know of one?

  I don’t know what effect you are going for, but there’s a ‘clouds’ filter in FCP that might get you close?

  Look at the Effects Tab > Video Generators > Render folder.

  Clouds, cellular, Caustics, Particle Noise (among others) might help you?
