  Hello everyone, I just want to know the best way to convert multiple .MTS clips to .MOV without losing quality.

  Hi Antonio,
  ClipWrap, re-wrap the .mt files as QT. No generation lost, but make sure that works with your stuff.
  There are too many flavors of .MT, M2T,..

  You can try mpeg streamclip software for converting, Has great quality.
