Missing keyframes after sequence copy NTSC>PAL
I have an NTSC timeline that needs to be copied to a PAL. I created a new PAL sequence, copied all the NTSC timeline clips (CMD+A, CMD+C) and pasted them into the PAL timeline. All the clips copied over, however the key-framed opacity changes (for fade-ins) were all missing.
(I also copied the NTSC sequence from the Viewer using CMD+drag and had the same problem.)
Is this intentional because the timing would be different in sequences with different time bases?

You don’t make a PAL sequence by copy paste with NTSC media from an NTSC sequence. This won’t create a proper PAL sequence and keyframes also can’t translate.
Search this forum for NTSC to PAL as the various options have been discussed here many times.

I should have given more information: all the clips are either Photoshop files or generated text clips. There are no video clips. Would this make a difference?

If you have no video files then you can make a 25 fps sequence. Obviously copy paste didn’t work, but what happens if you copy the NTSC sequence and then just change the timebase in the new sequence to 25 fps? I imagine you will have to still manipulate keyframes and also distort values as PAL is 720 x 576, not 720 x 480.
