When asymmetric trimming, what governs the ‘watch point’ (ie. the edit the playhead sits on and plays around) in FCP?

I think the answer is that it is the highest track in the timeline – e.g. if I deselect the edit on V1 it drops down to A1.

Any workarounds to change this behaviour (last selected edit point is the A**d way of working).?

    THanks
