  Converting h264 after Iv edited

  I have just edited a 2 hour movie using h264 files (I know i shouldn’t have) I now want to export ,maintain quality and then put on DVD. but when i export as quick time movie , it either crashes or quits.

  Should i convert all raw footage into another format that FCP prefers then reconnect all files? or what?What format? What program?

  export as huge apple pro res HQ then compress ?

  Any help would be great.

  Hi Charles,
  Try changing the sequence codec to Prores and render the sequence but not all at once.
