  exporting quicktime problem

  When I export a quicktime all the spaces on the timeline that are blank with nothing there are exporting as white frame/video instead of black. Is this a setting issue? How can I make it export black besides having to go back and fill all the blanks with slug?

  Sounds like you’re exporting with a codec that supports an alpha, and you’re exporting the millions of colors+. Which adds the alpha, which I think would be white for the transparent (spaces) areas.
