August 21, 2010 at 2:23 amFor best results, you might want to avoid iDVD. Downconvert and MPEG-2 encode your video using Compressor, then author in DVD Studio Pro.
If you need help with Compressor settings or with authoring, post your questions in the DVD Studio Pro Forum.

Are you monitoring on a production monitor or your computer?

Also you can NEVER judge the quality of your footage by using a computer monitor. You have to have a properly calibrated broadcast monitor for that.
