  Distributed processing?

  Sorry if this is a very naive question, but can I connect my two (Intel) FCP systems in such a way that the main one can benefit from the processors in the second one? I’ve read about Qmaster for Compressor – but that seems to be just for rendering out and exporting files. I simply want my FCP to go faster by perhaps utilizing the processing power of second computer.

  Nope. QMaster only works for Compressor and Shake.

  FCP doesn’t even use all the processors in a single computer yet.
