Boris title 3D crashes FCP

I believe this happens because of memory issues. Close all unused sequences, applications, etc.

FCP 6.06, OS 10.5.8 2x3GHZ Quad-Core Intel Xeon, Kona LHe, Dulce Duo-eSATA 8 Drive, 4TB Raid.

This post made me smile, because I have had to switch to using Boris Title 3D from the regular FCP titling tool because the FCP titling tool has started to crash FCP HARD, and I can’t figure out how or why or how to fix that. I had finally gotten good and fast at using the FCP titling tool, too. Bummer. Interested in any suggestions on what I can do to trouble-shoot that.

I recall there was a bug with Boris when FCP7 first came out which was fixed in a later upgrade. If you are on FCS3 I suggest you get the latest updates of both FCS3 and OSX
