  DIgital Heave’s DH_Box filter – can’t use w/o rendering…

  Hi –

  Does anyone use DH_Box for split screen work? I’d like to, but at least with the trial version, I can’t seem to use it without rendering to see it play.

  Granted I do have a matte over it, but it’s still the case even when I turn that off (and I need it anyway to guide me with the weird aspect ratio I’m dealing with).

  THanks for any help.

  I use DH_Box and find it very handy because it helps to deal with some of the limitations of the controls in the FCP Motion tab. It takes some getting used, but once you figure it out it certainly can make split-screen work a whole lot faster and easier.

  I don’t seem to recall having to render to see previews. Are you using it for video or for stills?
