  Batch Capture Non Responsive

  I have been capturing video to My Macbook Pro for over a year with the same setup. I have a logged a clip and when I try to Batch capture the file I logged, nothing happens. The keyboard shortcut does not work either. This project file had two clips successfully captured before this problem occurred. No windows even pop up when I try to Batch Capture. FCP acts like I didn’t even enter a command. I have already trashed the preferences and that did not resolve the issue either. Looking more more ideas. Thanks!

  Full Mac restart.

  Turn off, wait, then turn back on capture device.

  Unplug and re-plug all connections between Mac and capture device.

  Is this DV?

  What capture device?

  If these fixes don’t work.

  Create a NEW PROJECT and try to capture the same footage in that new project.
