can’t import copied HD file
I copied 3 cards onto my hard drive from an Sony EX3 shoot using the XDCAM EX clip browser (software download from their website). But then I heard about the XDCAM transfer plug-in which I immediately downloaded then used to copy all the cards into FCP. But one of my transfers has not copied ALL the data from one of the cards: I can see the progress bar and where it stopped. Bad news, especially since I have taken the the cards and camera back to the hire company so they are no longer available. However, I still have those original copies that I did with XDCAM EX clip browser. But when I try to import the missing clips (MPEG4 from my hard drive) FCP says: File error: 1 file recognized, 0 access denied, 1 unknown. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.
