  Flag wave video screen?

  I’m trying to add an effect to my video where it looks like it’s on a flag waving…from the corners to the sides.

  I’ve used the filter ‘wave’, but even after I change the settings it still looks off.

  Any suggestions?

  You might be able to do this with Zaxworks 3D Flag plugin. I think he has a free demo.

  Generally I find you have to keyframe the amplitude and frequency of the wave action to get what you want, as well as the angle. The more detailed you can be, the beter the advice would be. Posting a still or better, a motion clip here would be a huge help to a fast and more accurate diagnosis.
