    I shot a project with panasonic at 24 fps i edited the film at the same frame rate 24 fps but now i would like to output it at 29,97 for DVD and for tape. Can somebody explain me how exactly do it with CINEMA TOOLS or other applications? Thanks a lot, Matteo

    You can make a 24P DVD. Your DVD Studio Pro manual explains this.

    To make a tape, you will connect your deck to a capture card that will add pulldown as the file plays out.

    What capture card do you have? What form of tape do you want to output to?
