• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Fullscreen Playback “None”

  I’m working on FCP 5 Academic on an iMac and I’m trying to use a fullscreen monitor for playback. Normally I just go to View>Video Playback> and then select a monitor. It just read “None” under Video Playback. Is this a limit of FCP 5 Academic or is it the iMac? Or neither and I’m just doing something wrong? Any help would appreciated.

  Switch to View > External Video > All Frames first.

  Yeah I saw that on another forum. And still no luck. That doesn’t change anything. Weird.
