  Add interlace effect to unscaled/interlaced footage

  Hello everyone!

  I want to create a interlaced effect to my footage in FCP post, how can I achieve this, by not interlace it during compression? I want to control the effect! I should look like old broadcast footage.

  Hi,
  I’m assuming you want to give the ‘scan line’ look to your footage. Use the ‘Bad TV’ filter, and adjust the parameters to your taste.
